REFUND POLICY

Article 1 (Purpose)

This policy aims to stipulate all matters concerning the cancellation of subscription and refunds for members (hereinafter "Members") who have entered into a user agreement for the paid subscription service (hereinafter the "Service") provided by Jojo SW. The Company complies with relevant laws and regulations, including the "Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc."

Article 2 (Definitions)

Paid Service: Refers to the various online digital content and all related services provided by the Company for a fee. Subscription: Refers to the method by which a Member makes regular payments to use the Service for a specific period. Cancellation of Subscription: Refers to the act of a Member withdrawing their intent to purchase within a certain period, in accordance with relevant laws.

Article 3 (Subscription Cancellation and Full Refund)

Within 1 month of payment, for an unused service: Members may request a full refund of the payment amount without any penalties or fees if the service has not been used at all within one (1) month from the payment date. The service is considered "not used at all" if not a single new spec notification has been sent. If the service content differs from what was displayed/advertised or fails to comply with the contract terms: Members may apply for a subscription cancellation within thirty (30) days from the date they became aware of, or could have become aware of, the discrepancy (or within three (3) months from the date the service was provided). A full refund is also available in this case.

Article 4 (Non-Refundable Cases)

A refund may be restricted in the following cases: When the refund is requested more than one (1) month after the date of payment. When the service has been used, even if less than one (1) month has passed since the payment date. The service is considered "used" if one or more new spec notifications have been sent. When the service becomes unusable due to reasons attributable to the Member. When the case falls under the grounds for restricting the cancellation of subscription as defined by law (e.g., damaging the packaging of replicable content). In the case of promotional products or items sold under non-refundable conditions, for which the Company has provided prior notice.

Article 5 (Refund Procedure)

Refund Application: Members may apply for a refund through our Customer Center (email: [3gpp-spec-alert-refund@jojosw.com]). When applying, you must accurately provide your Member ID, payment information, and other relevant details. Eligibility Review: The Company will review the reason for the member's refund request and their service usage history to determine eligibility. Refund Processing: Once a refund is approved, the payment will be rocessed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days from the date of approval. However, the actual date of reimbursement may be delayed depending on the circumstances of the payment institution, such as the credit card company.

Article 6 (Miscellaneous)

Matters not specified in this Refund Policy shall be governed by the Company's Terms of Service and the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, including the "Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc." The Company may amend this Refund Policy to the extent that it is not disadvantageous to consumers, and any amendments will be announced on the website at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date.
